The purpose of this policy is to prevent and eliminate sexual harassment by:
- Ensuring all Individuals recognise sexual harassment; and
- Informing Individuals of the organisation’s position regarding sexual harassment within the workplace, behavioural expectations within the workplace, and the related obligations and responsibilities of the City of Greater Bendigo and Individuals.
